NEW! Introducing electronic reporting! As of February '09, all full time service reps are equipped with handheld units complete with camera for detailed up to the minute in-store accountability. All part-time reps have web access to our reporting database, and can enter the same information directly to our reports server, including store photos.

McDonald Sales takes in-store service one step further. In addition to standard in-store service which includes tidying and maintaining shelves, product and displays, label maintenance, on-hand adjustments, order recommendations, RTVs, and filling the shelves from overhead inventory,
we put a huge focus on product knowledge training and developing strong relationships with store personnel. In addition, all of our team work in the stores on two weekend days each month, training the part-time associates and doing product demos to drive our sales. This extra exposure sets us apart from other service teams and helps us win over the hearts and minds of the associates so they can sell our products to the customer.
