Following the arrival of US home improvement retailer Lowes in the Canadian marketplace in 2007, McDonald Sales built our Lowes Service Team.
Separate from our Home Depot and Rona teams, our Lowes reps visit all stores in their district on a regular call cycle.
Going beyond the standard in-store service of tidying and maintaining shelves, product and displays, label maintenance, order recommendations, RTVs, and filling the shelves from overhead inventory, we emphasize a focus on product knowledge training and developing strong relationships with store personnel. Our team works on the sales floor alongside the associates and also supports the stores through weekend events, attendance at grand openings and special events. This extra exposure helps ensure that we have top-of-mind presence for our brands with the sales associates who are our partners in putting the products in the hands of the consumers. .
